Shipping policy

Effective 3/10/2023 ALL packages require a signature.

Thank you for visiting Nzuri Culture.  Processing takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY. 

If your tracking information shows "pre shipment" your label was created, and your order is being fulfilled. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, please allow 12-24 hours for the package to be scanned in and processed by the USPS. 

 We are not responsible for the following:

-Lost or stolen packages 

- Once the package is at USPS, we are NOT responsible, please contact USPS

-If your package is marked delivered, but you haven't received your package contact USPS and give them the tracking number
